This website is owned and operated by "Stephanie Castle Photography". All of the photographs manufactured by Stephanie Castle Photography and featured on this website are protected by USA and international copyright law. All of the other content on this website is protected by USA and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights protection. The material and content on this website may not be reproduced, distributed, publically performed or otherwise used in any way without the prior written permission of Stephanie Castle Photography. The website content is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Copying or storing of any content is prohibited without prior written consent of Stephanie Castle Photography.
2. Photographs
You agree not to copy, modify, alter or otherwise manipulate any photographs or products, including without limitation, adding other material to a photograph or product, without Stephanie Castle Photography's prior written consent.
3. Disclaimers
Stephanie Castle Photography is unable to make representations or warranties as to the functionality of this website, whether it is free of errors, and whether the server hosting the web site is free of viruses and other harmful material. Accordingly, you acknowledge that your use of this website is at your own risk.
Stephanie Castle Photography, and any persons acting on their behalf including but not limited to the owner, their employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, heirs, successors or assigns, will not be responsible or liable for any damages of any kind including, without limitation, lost business or profits, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, compensatory, exemplary, special or punitive damages that may result from your access to or use of this website.

5. Service, Product and Payment Terms
The session fee must be prepaid in advance and is non-refundable. You must call in order to schedule your session for an available time as photo shoots are by appointment only. If you need to reschedule your session please give the courtesy of calling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, whenever possible. Call as soon as possible prior to your appointment to reschedule. If you do not call to reschedule prior to your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled session then you will lose your right to reschedule and you will forfeit your session fee. If you are late to your session then your allotted appointment time will be reduced by the number of minutes that you are late and will not be discounted.
Additional amounts due on your order slip and invoice must be paid in full within 3 days after the session by cash, check or PayPal. There is a returned check fee of $25.00. Orders will not be placed or delivered until after payment is received in full. Orders could possibly take up 2 - 4 weeks to complete, however this is only an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery time.
Due to space limitations archiving of photos is not guaranteed after the ordering session. For this reason it is highly recommended that you purchase prints or a digital CD at the ordering session.
6. Other Terms
Stephanie Castle Photography reserves the right to make changes to this website, this agreement, and the other information contained in this website at any time and without notice. Please refer to these Terms of Use when you visit the site as they may change from time to time.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Stephanie Castle Photography with respect to the use of this site and any Stephanie Castle Photography services. Stephanie Castle Photography's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in these Terms of Use. If a court should find that one or more rights or provisions set forth in these Terms of Use are invalid, you agree that the remainder of the Terms of Use shall be enforceable and that the invalid provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
